Foreign Ministers of Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt Set to Visit Pakistan for Regional Talks


ISLAMABAD: The Foreign Ministers of Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, and Egypt are scheduled to arrive in Pakistan for a two-day visit starting Sunday, engaging in consultations on the regional situation. The visit aims to address ongoing tensions and explore opportunities for cooperation.



According to Radio Pakistan, the visit comes at the invitation of Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Ishaq Dar. Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, Hakan Fidan of Türkiye, and Dr. Badr Abdelatty of Egypt will participate in discussions intended to de-escalate regional tensions and enhance collaboration in areas of mutual interest.



The visiting officials are also expected to meet with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during their stay. This diplomatic engagement underscores Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening its ties with these countries, reflecting a shared interest in stability and cooperation in the region.
