FGEHA Initiates Measures for Timely Completion of Islamabad’s Sectors F-14 and F-15

Islamabad: Vigorous efforts are underway to ensure the timely completion of Sectors F-14 and F-15 in Islamabad, as the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) takes significant steps to promote transparent governance and accelerate development activities. Led by Federal Minister for Housing & Works Mr. Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Secretary Housing & Works Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Mehmood, and Director General of FGEHA Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, the initiative aims to transform these sectors into environmentally sustainable residential areas.

According to Press Information Department, the leadership of FGEHA emphasizes its commitment to developing these sectors as climate-resilient and sustainable communities, aligning with modern urban planning standards. Regular review meetings and field visits are being conducted to address the concerns of allottees and ensure the provision of essential infrastructure and services.

In addition to expressing gratitude towards allottees who have consistently met their financial obligations, FGEHA has also taken steps to address outstanding dues. A special committee, formed at the behest of the Executive Board of FGEHA, recommended the cancellation of allotments for six plots due to prolonged non-payment since 2016. This decision was made to improve cash flow for project development and protect the interests of compliant allottees.

FGEHA remains steadfast in its commitment to transparency, merit, and the rule of law, reaffirming its dedication to the expeditious completion of Sectors F-14 and F-15, ultimately fulfilling the aspirations of the allottees.
