Islamabad: Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has expressed profound sorrow over two separate incidents that resulted in the loss of lives in Pakistan. In a press release, he conveyed his condolences following the crash of a Pakistan Army MI-17 helicopter in Muzaffarabad and a tourist van fire on the Murree Expressway.

According to Press Information Department, Abdul Aleem Khan extended his sympathies to the families of the Army Aviation personnel who died in the helicopter crash, describing their deaths as a significant loss for the nation. He lauded the personnel for their dedication, noting that they sacrificed their lives while performing national duties. The minister prayed for the eternal peace of the martyrs and strength for their families.

In addition, the federal minister mourned the lives lost in the van fire incident, expressing his condolences to the bereaved families. He emphasized that the nation is united in grief over the tragedy and extended prayers for the deceased and the injured. Khan urged the public to adhere to safety protocols on Motorways and Highways to prevent similar incidents in the future.
