Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar engaged in a telephone conversation with Japan’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Toshimitsu Motegi, to discuss the regional situation in the Middle East. Both officials highlighted the need for urgent de-escalation in the region.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussion underscored Pakistan’s commitment to supporting initiatives aimed at achieving peace and stability. The Japanese Foreign Minister expressed appreciation for Pakistan’s role in promoting dialogue and diplomacy in the region. Both leaders concurred on the necessity of maintaining close contact moving forward.
