DIG Headquarters Directs Officers to Prioritize Transparency and Public Facilities


ISLAMABAD: In a recent meeting led by DIG Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar, senior police officials discussed the advancement of public facilities and transparency within the police department. The meeting, attended by AIG General Syed Inayat Ali Shah, AIG Establishment Shoaib Masood, and AD Development, focused on the construction of police stations under the SIPS protocol and other development projects.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the discussions centered around ensuring that construction projects adhere to timelines and quality standards. The DIG Headquarters emphasized the importance of transparency and the provision of modern facilities to citizens, urging officers to adhere strictly to prescribed standards.



DIG Zafar further highlighted the necessity of maintaining public facilitation and professional standards at all levels. He instructed officers to enhance departmental coordination and ensure the timely implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the public-friendliness and performance of the Islamabad Police.
