Muzaffarabad: The Director General of the Special Communication Organization (SCO) inaugurated the Institute of Digital Excellence and Independent Living Center in Muzaffarabad, aiming to provide the local youth with access to modern IT facilities, digital skills, and enhanced employment opportunities.

According to Radio Pakistan, the event included a detailed briefing for the Director General on the various sections of the projects and the ongoing work. The Independent Living Center is designed to offer facilities enabling special individuals to live independently.

During the ceremony, attendees expressed optimism that the new IT Center would equip the youth with skills such as graphic designing, contributing to digital development and an empowered future for young people in Pakistan. Wheelchairs and gifts were distributed to special individuals as part of the inauguration ceremony.
