Islamabad: Pakistan and China have agreed to strengthen their collaborative efforts in artificial intelligence across key sectors, including health, agriculture, and minerals. This strategic partnership aims to enhance technological innovation and economic growth in both countries.

According to Radio Pakistan, both nations are actively working on establishing a joint AI laboratory dedicated to smart and digital agriculture. The laboratory’s primary goal is to enhance agricultural production, optimize supply chains, and improve food security in Pakistan through the application of artificial intelligence.

In addition, the recent Pak-China B2B Agriculture Investment Conference witnessed the signing of approximately eighty memorandums of understanding, culminating in agreements valued at $4.5 billion. This development underscores the significant economic potential and mutual interest in advancing AI-driven solutions.

The collaboration is also expected to facilitate advancements in addressing health challenges. By leveraging technological innovation and medical research, both countries aim to tackle pressing health issues more effectively.
