Srinagar, 12 Oct 2023:Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, expressing sorrow over the tragic fire incident at Sathoo Bagh Barbarshah in Srinagar, which resulted in the complete destruction of four residential houses and all properties, has extended help to the affected families, according to a statement from Kashmir Media Service.

The organization has conveyed heartfelt sympathy and solidarity with the victims and emphasized the importance of providing all possible assistance and prompt rehabilitation of the affected family. It has also made an appeal to the public to exercise utmost caution while utilizing heating devices such as gas, heaters, boilers, and power blankets, especially with winter approaching, to prevent any potential accidents or fires.

A delegation from Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil, led by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon, visited Barbarshah, Srinagar, and distributed essential items like rice, flour, blankets, and kitchen kits to five families while also expressing solidarity with them. The organization reiterated its commitment to providing financial and material support to people in need during calamities without discrimination based on caste, creed, and religion, and actively engaging in victim rehabilitation efforts.
