Customs Clearance at Gabd-Rimdan Border Remains Fully Operational, Ensuring Smooth LPG Imports

Gwadar: Pakistan Customs has confirmed that customs clearance operations at the Gabd-Rimdan border crossing are fully operational, facilitating the seamless movement and clearance of essential commodities, particularly Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).

According to Radio Pakistan, official clearance records show that 748 Goods Declarations, covering approximately 17,353 metric tons of LPG, were processed and cleared at the Gabd-Rimdan border from the 1st to the 8th of this month. These figures highlight the ongoing efficient flow of LPG imports and the effective functioning of customs clearance operations.

To support the import of essential commodities such as LPG and bitumen, Pakistan Customs is utilizing an expedited Green Channel clearance mechanism. This system ensures prompt clearance and an uninterrupted supply of these goods to domestic markets.
