Islamabad: The Chief Traffic Officer of Islamabad, Muhammad Sarfraz Virk, conducted a visit to the traffic headquarters in Faizabad to oversee the effective management of public services and ensure improved facilities for citizens. During his visit, he evaluated the ongoing services at the licensing branch and engaged directly with citizens to gather feedback and suggestions.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, senior officers briefed CTO Virk on the operational aspects, including service delivery and processing. In response, Virk directed the staff to streamline the driving license issuance process to make it more efficient and transparent, aiming to minimize inconvenience for citizens.
CTO Virk acknowledged the dedication of the officers and personnel, noting their commitment to duty. He emphasized the importance of respectful and courteous interaction with citizens, highlighting that addressing public concerns remains a top priority. The visit was intended to assess the facilities provided to the public, motivate the officers and personnel of the Islamabad Traffic Police, and enhance their morale.
CTO Virk reiterated that while law enforcement is a key function of the Islamabad Police, facilitating public access to services is equally crucial.
