Consul General Opens Pakistan Pavilion at Middle East Energy 2026


Dubai: H.E. Hussain Muhammad, the Consul General, inaugurated the Pakistan Pavilion at the Middle East Energy 2026 exhibition, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 1 to 3. The event marks the 50th edition of the region’s significant energy exhibition, featuring over 35,000 professionals, 1,900 exhibitors, and participants from more than 150 countries.



According to Press Information Department, the Pakistan Pavilion, organized under the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), showcases five Pakistani companies. These companies are presenting their products and expertise in sectors such as power generation, energy storage, and energy management. H.E. Hussain Muhammad highlighted Pakistan’s growing role in the international energy market and emphasized the importance of such events for Pakistani companies to explore global opportunities and strengthen their international presence.



The Consul General expressed appreciation for the UAE authorities and the Dubai World Trade Centre for their support. He also acknowledged the efforts of the Commercial Section of the Consulate in facilitating Pakistan’s participation. During the event, he assured the participating companies of the Consulate’s support and interacted with representatives at their stalls. The inauguration was attended by key figures including Mr. Ali Zeb Khan, Trade & Investment Counsellor, and Mr. Shabbir Merchant, Chairman of the Pakistan Business Council Dubai, among others.
