Srinagar, August 22, 2022 (PPI-OT):The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee discussed the devastating results of the Modi government’s nefarious designs being advanced through its Chief Electoral Officer in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir by granting 2.5 Indian outsiders the right to vote in IIOJK’s Assembly elections.

The Congress IIOJK chapter held its Political Affairs Committee meeting presided over by Chairman Tariq Hameed Karra in Srinagar. The meeting was briefed by AICC member and in-charge IIOJK chapter Rajani Patil. After Rajani Patil’s briefing, the Chairman of the Political Affairs Committee, Tariq Hameed Karra deliberated the current issues pertaining to the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Karra briefed the Congress members about the recent order of Chief Election Officer IIOJK which extends the right to vote to 2.5 million non-local voters in the occupied territory. Tariq Hameed Karra explained the devastating results of the nefarious designs being enacted by “Government of India through Chief Electoral Officer in Jammu and Kashmir by announcing the right to vote in J and K’s Assembly Elections to non- domiciles including Army and Paramilitary forces personnel”.

Karra said the Indian government was forced to evolve these novel and nefarious designs, only when they failed to implement their earlier nefarious designs for bringing demographic changes by way of colonization on non-locals.
