Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has extended her commendations to the Pakistan Navy following the successful execution of the first live weapon firing exercise by the submarine PNS/M Hangor. The operation, which marked a significant milestone for the naval forces, demonstrated the submarine’s advanced capabilities.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Punjab, the Chief Minister praised the Pakistan Navy for its adept handling of the exercise, which showcased the PNS/M Hangor’s potential to effectively engage a long-range target using an anti-ship cruise missile. The exercise underscored the precision strike capability of the submarine, highlighting its strategic importance to national defense efforts.
