Islamabad: Pakistan’s Federal Capital and major cities have been decorated to commemorate the Makkah Joint Defence Agreement, a significant pact among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye. In Islamabad, national flags of the three countries adorn Constitution Avenue, and government buildings, including the Parliament House, are illuminated with electric lights and special decorations.
According to Radio Pakistan, special LED screens have been installed at key locations such as Constitution Avenue and Kacheri Chowk in the Federal Capital. These screens display messages highlighting the historic brotherly relations, mutual cooperation, and joint defense commitment among the three nations, emphasizing the importance of the Makkah Joint Defense Agreement and the strengthening of ties.
The elaborate decorations have attracted citizens’ attention, who are expressing appreciation and happiness over the enhanced cooperation among the three countries and the historic defense pact.
