Islamabad: The Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, visited the residence of Member National Assembly Ijaz Hussain Jakhrani at Parliament Lodges to offer condolences following the death of Jakhrani’s young son. Gilani expressed sympathy and offered Fateha, a prayer for the departed, emphasizing the profound nature of the family’s loss.
According to Senate of Pakistan, Gilani remarked that the loss of a child is an irreparable tragedy, expressing his shared grief with the bereaved family. During his visit, he prayed for the deceased, hoping for a high place in eternal mercy, and wished for strength and patience for the family in this difficult time. Accompanying Gilani were Members of the National Assembly Syed Abdul Qadir Gilani, Syed Ali Qasim Gilani, and Alauddin Junejo, who joined in offering their condolences.
