Islamabad: Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, marked the first anniversary of Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos by honoring the nation’s armed forces and citizens for their role in safeguarding Pakistan’s sovereignty. In a statement, Gilani emphasized the operation as a crucial demonstration of the country’s resolve to defend its constitutional dignity and security.
According to Press Information Department, Gilani highlighted that Maarka-e-Haq was not just a military triumph but a testament to the collective unity and determination of the Pakistani people. The operation showcased the armed forces’ readiness to respond decisively to any threats, ensuring national security.
Gilani paid tribute to the martyrs and their families, recognizing their sacrifices as a source of pride for the nation.
