Islamabad: On the occasion of the first anniversary of the “Mark-e-Haq Operation Bunyan-un-Marsoos,” Abdul Aleem Khan, President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party and Federal Minister for Communications, lauded the Pakistan Armed Forces for their success. The operation, according to Khan, marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s military history, emphasizing the courage and strategic prowess of the nation’s military personnel.
According to Press Information Department, Khan expressed pride in the achievements of the Pakistan Air Force, Army, and Navy, highlighting the leadership of Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf. He noted the downing of eight Indian fighter jets during the operation as a testament to the Air Force’s dominance and professionalism. Khan also criticized India’s actions, calling for an international investigation into the “Pahalgam incident” and “Operation Sindoor,” which he described as baseless.
Leaders of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party also praised the armed forces, describing May 10 as a “Day of Valor” for Pakistan. They commended Field Marshal Hafiz Syed Asim Munir’s leadership and the military’s role in ensuring the nation’s defense. The operation was celebrated as a defining moment of triumph for Pakistan, contrasting it with what they termed as a “Day of Humiliation” for India.
