Islamabad: The Central Development Working Party (CDWP) has given its approval to seven projects valued at approximately 116 billion rupees as part of the Uraan Pakistan Initiative. The initiative, discussed in a meeting chaired by Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal, aims to bolster human capital, enhance governance, and promote economic growth.
According to Radio Pakistan, the CDWP approved five projects totaling 21.590 billion rupees. Two additional projects, with a combined value of 94.301 billion rupees, were recommended for further consideration by the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC). These projects are integral to the government’s development agenda, focusing on infrastructure improvement and sustainable growth.
