Rawalpindi: Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Broadcasting, Barrister Danyal Chaudhry, inaugurated the Chaudhry Zamurd Hussain Block at Rawalpindi Kachehri today, marking a development in the facilities available to young lawyers in the region.

According to Press Information Department, the new facility is designed to equip young legal professionals with necessary resources, including modern technology and artificial intelligence, to address the evolving needs of the legal profession. The inauguration was attended by notable figures from the Rawalpindi Bar Association, including President Tariq Mehmood Sajid Awan, Vice President Shazia Hashmi, and General Secretary Qamar-ul-Haq Niazi, among others.

Barrister Chaudhry emphasized the importance of enhancing the professional capabilities of young lawyers, stating that the IT centers and other facilities will allow them to integrate emerging technologies into their practice. This initiative aims to align legal services with contemporary requirements, promoting digital advancements in the legal sector.

He highlighted that lawyers utilizing modern technology could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of delivering legal services. The introduction of a modern bar management system was also noted as a measure to enhance administrative functions and service delivery within the bar.

The Parliamentary Secretary praised the addition of the Chaudhry Zamurd Hussain Block as a beneficial enhancement to the Kachehri’s infrastructure, providing a conducive working environment for both lawyers and litigants.
