Islamabad: ASP Mehak Fatima conducted an unannounced inspection at Shahzad Town police station, reviewing various operational aspects and emphasizing citizen engagement. According to Islamabad Capital Police, during her visit, ASP Fatima examined police station records, the roznamcha, front desk operations, record room, lockup, investigation officer rooms, and the residential barrack.
She stressed that inappropriate behavior toward citizens would not be tolerated and instructed police officials to address citizens’ concerns with courtesy. ASP Fatima highlighted that the welfare of police officers remains a priority for the Islamabad police. Additionally, she urged officers to enhance the functionality of dispute resolution centers and prioritize resolving issues faced by both citizens and police officers.
