Tirana: Albania is looking to bolster its trade relations with Pakistan, according to Tahseen Sayed, Albania’s Honorary Consul in Pakistan. Following a meeting with Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, in Tirana, Sayed emphasized the country’s eagerness to strengthen and expand bilateral trade ties.
According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions between Sayed and Hoxha focused on practical initiatives aimed at advancing cooperation in sectors such as information technology and tourism. In addition to governmental dialogues, Sayed engaged in productive meetings with representatives from Albania’s private sector, as well as academic and research institutions.
There is a notable interest among Albanian stakeholders to learn more about Pakistan and explore potential collaborations with Pakistani businesses, universities, think tanks, and research institutes. The discussions are expected to pave the way for increased engagement and mutual benefits in the near future.
