According to Kashmir Media Service, Agha Hassan highlighted the themes of justice and resistance against tyranny during his statement in Srinagar. “Muharram is the month in which justice rose against injustice, and truth stood up against falsehood, proving that throughout history, truth has always triumphed over falsehood,” he stated.
The senior APHC leader portrayed Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) as a paragon of sacrifice, devotion, and social justice, noting that his commitment to integrity was unwavering.
