Srinagar: Three men from a nomadic family have been missing for the past three days in the Kulgam district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The disappearance has sparked concerns among local communities.
According to a statement by Kashmir Media Service, the men, identified as Reyaz Ahmad, Showkat Ahmad, and Mukhtar Ahmad, were last seen on the evening of February 13. They had left their homes in Qazigund to attend a wedding at their maternal uncle’s residence in Ashmuji Bhan, Kulgam.
The families of the missing men have reached out to all relatives and friends, but their efforts have not yielded any results. The situation has left the families anxious about the safety of their loved ones.
A police official confirmed that a missing persons report has been filed. Authorities have initiated efforts to locate the men, though details of their search operations remain limited.
