Islamabad, August 16, 2022 (PPI-OT): The participants of the first SMC of Sindh Provincial Services visited Capital Development Authority Headquarters on Monday. On this occasion, Chairman CDA welcomed the participants of SMC of Sindh Provincial Services and informed them about the aims and objectives of CDA.
Further, on behalf of the Chairman Capital Development Authority, the participants of the first SMC of Sindh Provincial Services were informed that the Capital Development Authority is working for the betterment of the city.
He said that when the present management of CDA took charge, this organization was suffering from losses, but with better financial management and initiatives, CDA has now become a profitable organization. He said that the Capital Development Authority sold less land than in the past but at a higher price per square yard.
He said that better financial management and better revenue collection have played an important role in stabilizing the financial position of the institution. He further informed that due to the strong financial position of the organization, work is being done to further improve the infrastructure of the city. Similarly, city-wide bus service has also been introduced and work on many public welfare projects will also be started soon.
