Tajik Ambassador Commends Sindh’s Public Welfare Initiatives During Visit

Karachi: Sharifzoda Yousuf Toir, the Ambassador of Tajikistan, recently met with Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori at the Governor’s House where they discussed enhancing bilateral ties, investment opportunities, and exchanged views on various collaborative possibilities. The ambassador commended the Governor’s public welfare initiatives.

According to Sindh Governor House, the meeting touched on the benefits Tajik investors could reap from opportunities in Sindh, especially highlighting the Sindh International Finance Centre (SIFC) project that supports and assists investors. Ambassador Toir expressed a strong interest from Tajik investors in various sectors of the province.

The discussions also focused on the potential exchange of delegations to strengthen relations. Before the meeting, Ambassador Toir and Governor Tesori visited several local projects including IT courses, the Hope Bell, and the Ration Drive scheme, where the ambassador praised the contemporary IT courses as beneficial for the youth.
