Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, has extended his congratulations to Member of National Assembly (MNA) Syed Naveed Qamar on his unopposed election as President of the Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA). The announcement was made during a session of the National Assembly, where it was noted that Qamar has assumed the office for a second consecutive term.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, MNA Asad Alam Niazi informed the legislative body of Qamar’s election victory. Speaker Sadiq highlighted that Qamar’s achievement is a source of pride for both him and the parliamentary institution, reflecting positively on the nation’s international representation. The Speaker expressed optimism that Qamar’s leadership would further elevate Pakistan’s parliamentary profile on the global stage.
