SSP Operations Hosts Open Court to Address Public Complaints in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: In a move aimed at promptly addressing public grievances, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, held an open court at his office. The session, conducted under the open door policy, was in line with special directives from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, citizens used the open court to present complaints primarily concerning land encroachments. SSP Operations Raza listened to the complaints and subsequently directed relevant officers to take appropriate legal actions within a specified timeframe. The officers were also instructed to submit a detailed report on the actions taken.

During the court, SSP Operations highlighted the Islamabad Police’s zero-tolerance policy towards violence against women and children. He reiterated that providing relief to the public remains a top priority and assured that the supremacy of law will be maintained. Raza emphasized the importance of equal rights for all citizens, stating that all applications would be addressed on merit. He underlined the significance of protecting citizens’ lives, property, and dignity.
