SSP Operations Hosts Open Court for Public Grievances Resolution


ISLAMABAD: In a bid to address public grievances promptly, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, conducted an open court session at his office. This initiative was in line with the special directives issued by the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, aiming to facilitate immediate resolution of citizens’ issues.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, the open court allowed citizens to present complaints, particularly concerning land encroachments and other matters. SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza attentively listened to these grievances and instructed relevant officers to take legal action on the marked applications within a specified time frame, ensuring that reports are submitted accordingly.



During the session, SSP Operations emphasized the Islamabad Police’s commitment to a zero-tolerance policy towards violence against women and children, highlighting that providing maximum relief to the public remains a priority. He reiterated the importance of ensuring the supremacy of law and stated that every citizen’s rights are equal, with all applications to be resolved on merit. Additionally, he stressed the significance of protecting citizens’ lives, property, and dignity.
