ISLAMABAD: Following orders from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, SSP Investigation Muhammad Usman Tariq Butt convened an orderly room to address both departmental and personal issues of Islamabad Police officers, ensuring their resolution with urgency.
According to Islamabad Capital Police, officers from the Investigation wing gathered to voice their concerns during the orderly room session. In response, SSP Butt instructed concerned officers to renew inquiries into serious matters and prioritized resolving outstanding issues. He highlighted initiatives aimed at improving police welfare, such as housing, medical facilities, and educational standards.
Addressing the officers, SSP Butt reassured them of his open-door policy for addressing grievances and emphasized collaboration for the city’s betterment. The orderly room’s primary goal is to prioritize the welfare and issues of police officers, according to the SSP.
