SP JPU Reviews Security Protocols at Key Islamabad Locations


ISLAMABAD: Superintendent of Police (SP) Judicial Protection Unit Iqbal Khan conducted a review of security measures at the Serena Check post and the Foreign Office, focusing on enhancing vigilance and safety protocols.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, SP Khan met with police officers stationed at these critical points and provided directives aimed at bolstering security measures. The review underscored the importance of ensuring the safety of foreign nationals and delegations, asserting that the Islamabad Police would employ all available resources to maintain robust security for these groups.



SP Khan instructed officers to use complete safety equipment and remain alert to any suspicious activities. He stressed the importance of effective public interaction as part of their duties. Additionally, he mentioned that during the movement of significant delegations, major roads would be temporarily closed, with alternative routes offered to minimize disruption to the public.
