Sindh Governor Urges Graduates to Contribute to Society at Indus University Convocation

Karachi, At the twelfth convocation of Indus University held at the Governor’s House, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori emphasized the significant role of graduates in the progress and development of Pakistan. He urged the new graduates to dedicate their skills and knowledge to enhance the country’s honor and overcome economic challenges.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori highlighted the convocation as more than a ceremony but a milestone in the graduates’ developmental journey. He expressed his aspirations to make a positive impact in people’s lives and contribute to alleviating the country’s economic crisis. The Governor also emphasized the importance of family values, urging students to maintain close ties with their parents and calling for equal treatment of daughters in families.

Tesori praised Indus University for its commitment to quality education and its role in shaping young minds and nurturing their talents. He encouraged the graduates to engage in lifelong learning, adapt to new ideas and technologies, and act as ambassadors of change. The Governor underscored the significance of success being measured by the positive impact on others’ lives.

In his address, University Chancellor Khalid Amin lauded the Governor’s unique approach and contributions to the educational sector. The event was also attended by Provincial Education Minister Ms. Rana Hussain, the Vice Chancellor, caretaker provincial ministers, government officials, parents, and media representatives.

Governor Tesori concluded his address by expressing gratitude to the parents for their support and encouragement of the students, and he called upon the graduates to use their education for the betterment and development of society.
