Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori recently visited the Bachat Bazar organized by the Sailani Welfare International Trust, where he distributed ration bags among recipients and praised the trust’s humanitarian efforts. He announced significant educational initiatives, including the launch of IT classes across Sindh cities within six months, aiming to foster self-reliance in the region.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori lauded the efforts of the trust, especially during the current economic crisis, stating that such philanthropic work serves humanity and is worthy of admiration. He pointed out that these actions, particularly the creation of Bachat Bazar, provide relief not only to those in need but also to individuals from middle-class backgrounds, which is a testament to the trust’s inclusivity and impact.
Governor Tesori highlighted the importance of information technology education in achieving national self-reliance. He mentioned that children are already receiving free IT education at the Governor House on a daily basis. Extending this effort, he plans to initiate IT classes in various Sindh cities and expressed the government’s intention to construct high-rise buildings in Karachi with private sector support, marking a stride towards urban development and education reform.
