Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori hosted Longi Solar executives, President James Jin and Director Sandy, at the Governor’s House to discuss expanding renewable energy investments in the region. The meeting focused on the potential for growth in the alternative energy sector within Sindh and the broader initiatives to support sustainable development.

According to Sindh Governor House, the discussions underscored Sindh’s commitment to fostering investment in renewable energy projects, highlighting the province’s readiness to provide necessary facilities to industrial associations and other stakeholders involved in energy. “There are vast opportunities for investment in the alternative energy sector in Pakistan, especially in Sindh. Investment in renewable energy projects is being encouraged in Sindh,” Governor Tesori stated during the meeting.

He emphasized the importance of innovation and substantial efforts to advance sustainable development in the renewable energy sector. The Governor also presented traditional gifts, including a commemorative shield, a Sindh cap, and a salary, to President Jin as a gesture of goodwill and collaboration.
