SIFC Efforts Help Chinese Company Resume Operations in Pakistan

KARACHI: The Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has played a pivotal role in bolstering foreign investors’ confidence in Pakistan, aiding the resumption of operations for Hunan Resources, a Chinese company, at its Dhabeji factory after a seven-month halt.

According to Radio Pakistan, the SIFC’s timely intervention was crucial in resolving the issues that had hindered the company’s industrial facility. Hunan Resources expressed appreciation for the SIFC’s support, which allowed the factory to restart its operations. The council’s efforts are seen as a positive step in fostering a more conducive environment for foreign investment in the country.
