Islamabad: Defence Minister Khawaja Mohammad Asif announced that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his allies are concentrating on addressing the public’s concerns, even as they navigate numerous post-election challenges.
In a statement posted on the social media platform X, Asif noted that despite the unlikelihood of financial relief from the International Monetary Fund, Prime Minister Sharif has persisted in his efforts to alleviate the situation.
Asif also emphasized the importance of guidance from former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, indicating that his insights have been crucial. He further highlighted the significant role played by the army chief and the backing of an unnamed friendly nation in their ongoing efforts.
