ISLAMABAD: Senior officers of the Islamabad Police have conducted field visits to key duty points in the federal capital as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security measures. This initiative follows special directives from the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, these field operations involve senior officers actively engaging with police personnel deployed at various locations. During their visits, the officers reviewed security arrangements and checking points, emphasizing the need for personnel to remain vigilant and ready to respond to emergencies.

The officers reiterated the importance of protecting citizens’ lives and property and maintaining a peaceful environment as primary police responsibilities. They also instructed personnel to treat citizens with courtesy and cooperation to build public trust and confidence.
