Islamabad: Security forces in Pakistan have killed 32 terrorists in a series of intelligence-based operations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, targeting groups allegedly supported by foreign entities. The operations reflect an ongoing national effort to combat terrorism under the “Azm e Istehkam” campaign.

According to Radio Pakistan, 24 terrorists affiliated with Fitna al Khwarij were neutralized in the Khyber district during an operation last night. Concurrently, security forces engaged and killed eight terrorists from the Fitna al Hindustan group in District Nushki, Balochistan, following intense combat. The operations also led to the recovery and destruction of weapons, ammunition, and improvised explosive devices used by the terrorists.

Sanitization operations are underway to identify and eliminate any remaining threats from Indian-sponsored terrorist elements in the region. The campaign is part of a broader counter-terrorism strategy approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan, involving both security forces and law enforcement agencies. This initiative aims to eradicate foreign-sponsored terrorism from Pakistan.
