Islamabad: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister, Faisal bin Farhan al Saud, arrived in Islamabad on an official visit to discuss regional developments, marking a significant engagement between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. He was invited by Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Ishaq Dar, underscoring the ongoing collaboration between the two nations on regional and international matters.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Saudi Foreign Minister was welcomed by Additional Secretary Middle East, Syed Ahmad Maroof, upon his arrival. The visit aims to facilitate comprehensive consultations on the evolving regional situation, highlighting the countries’ commitment to sustained dialogue and coordination. Later, the Saudi Foreign Minister was received by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar at the Foreign Office, where further discussions are expected to take place.
