Karachi, In a significant law enforcement operation, the Sargodha Police have arrested 18 individuals involved in various criminal activities. The successful crackdown led to the recovery of an array of illegal weapons, narcotics, and stolen goods.

According to Punjab Police, specialized teams from different police stations in Sargodha carried out targeted raids in various areas, resulting in the apprehension of suspects including Shahid, Rafaqat, Shafqat, Arslan, Majeed, Raheel, Nouman, Tahir, Akram, Aslam, and Khuda Bukhsh, among others. The operation was a part of ongoing efforts to curb criminal activities in the region.

The police successfully seized 290 liters of liquor, 1.5 kilograms of hashish, nine pistols, five guns, and 188 bullets. Additionally, three motorcycles and valuables worth millions of rupees, believed to be acquired through illegal means, were also recovered during the raids.

This operation marks a significant achievement for the Sargodha Police in their continuous efforts to maintain law and order and safeguard the community from criminal elements. The confiscation of these illegal items and the detention of the individuals involved underscore the department’s commitment to combating crime and ensuring public safety.
