The Health Department is set to organize medical camps at these markets to provide necessary medical assistance and oversee preventive measures against the Congo virus, including comprehensive spraying of the markets.

Moreover, the WASA Department will guarantee water supply to all cattle markets, ensuring adequate facilities for the animals and attendees. Meanwhile, KISCO is tasked with ensuring uninterrupted power supply during the night leading up to Eid to facilitate the vendors and buyers at the markets.

These collaborative efforts between various departments underscore the government’s commitment to maintaining public health and safety during significant cultural and religious events, particularly in light of ongoing health concerns such as the Congo virus.
