Quetta: Provincial Minister for Livestock and Dairy Development Bakht Muhammad Kakar and Provincial Finance Minister Mir Shoaib Noshirwani have been appointed as members of the Board of Governors of the Balochistan Institute of Nephro-Urology Quetta (BINUQ).
According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the new appointments are expected to strengthen the governance and strategic planning of BINUQ, enhancing its capacity to provide specialized nephro-urology care in the region.
