RAJANPUR: Punjab Police in Rajanpur successfully rescued three laborers who were abducted last night, recovering them within hours of the incident. According to a spokesperson for the Punjab Police, the laborers were kidnapped from the jurisdiction of Police Station Bangla Achha and were being taken towards the inner Kacha area by the kidnappers.

The Rajanpur Police, utilizing intelligence-based operations, pursued the criminals and executed a strategically planned operation. During the operation, there was an intense exchange of gunfire between the police and the kidnappers. The police’s advancement and strong counteraction forced the kidnappers to flee, leaving the abducted laborers behind.

The operation was conducted with the support of armored vehicles, elite commandos, and heavy weaponry. The families of the rescued laborers expressed their gratitude to the police for their prompt action.

Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, has commended the Rajanpur Police for their successful operation and the safe recovery of the abducted laborers.
