Punjab Police Strike: Two Notorious Dacoits Neutralized in Rajanpur

Rajanpur: Punjab Police have reported a significant breakthrough in their ongoing efforts against criminal elements in the Kacha region, with the successful elimination of two high-profile dacoits from the notorious Umrani Gang. The operation also saw two other gang members sustaining serious injuries.

According to a statement released by the Punjab Police, the operation took place in Kacha Jamal, targeting members of the Umrani Gang who were involved in serious criminal activities. Among those killed were Abdul Rehman, known as Baga, and Bahadur Syedani. Both were wanted in multiple cases, including murder, robbery, and kidnapping for ransom.

During the operation, two other dacoits, identified as Ijaz, alias Munda, and Badshah, were critically injured. The police have reiterated their commitment to eradicating criminal elements in the region, with operations continuing to target those involved in serious offenses.

Inspector General Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, has lauded the efforts of the Rajanpur Police for their decisive action against the Kacha criminals. The District Police Officer of Rajanpur stated that a comprehensive strategy is being employed to ensure the success of the ongoing operations in Kacha Jamal.

This operation marks a pivotal step in Punjab Police’s campaign against entrenched criminal networks, demonstrating their resolve to uphold law and order in the region.
