Lahore: A meeting of the Provincial Special Selection Board (PSSB) was convened to discuss training opportunities and matters related to deputation with the objective of enhancing departmental performance and supporting capacity building.

The meeting was chaired by Additional Secretary (Administration) of the Planning and Development Board, Mr. Zaheer Anwar Jappa, and was attended by Deputy Secretary (Administration), Mr. Omar Liaquat Randhawa.

The discussions at the meeting were focused on identifying ways to improve the skills of personnel through targeted training programs. The officials emphasized the significance of such initiatives in strengthening the capabilities of departments and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Additionally, the meeting addressed issues related to deputation, with an aim to streamline processes and create more opportunities for personnel to gain experience and expertise in various functions.
