Prime Ministers of Pakistan and Malaysia Discuss Regional Peace and Bilateral Relations


Lahore: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif engaged in a telephone conversation with Malaysia’s Prime Minister, Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim, focusing on regional peace and bilateral cooperation.



According to Press Information Department, the discussion included an exchange of felicitations on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, with both leaders expressing mutual warmth and cordiality. They prayed for the peace and harmony of the Muslim community and emphasized the need for de-escalation in Iran and the Gulf region.



The two leaders expressed satisfaction with the ongoing positive momentum in their bilateral ties and pledged to continue efforts to strengthen the Pakistan-Malaysia relationship.
