Islamabad: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif marked World Tourism Day by emphasizing the vital role of tourism in promoting socioeconomic advancement and cultural exchange. In his message, the Prime Minister paid tribute to tourists and those in the tourism sector, highlighting the opportunities that Pakistan’s natural beauty and rich heritage offer for tourism development.

According to Press Information Department, the Prime Minister stressed the importance of Pakistan’s diverse landscapes, historical sites, and cultural heritage in attracting global tourists. He outlined the government’s ongoing efforts to enhance tourism infrastructure and promote Pakistan as a safe and appealing destination.
