Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has called on members of the National Assembly to increase their engagement with the public, following a series of meetings held in Islamabad.
According to a statement by Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, National Assembly members Muhammad Idrees and Ehsan Ul Haq Bajwa met separately with Prime Minister Sharif. In addition, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders Mohsin Shahnawaz Ranjha and Shah Muhammad Shah also held individual meetings with the Prime Minister.
During these discussions, the parliamentarians expressed their appreciation for the economic stability achieved under Prime Minister Sharif’s leadership. The meetings also addressed issues pertaining to their respective constituencies.
Prime Minister Sharif emphasized the importance of lawmakers strengthening their connections with the public and working diligently to address and resolve the issues faced by their constituents.
