Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed his intention to deepen cooperation between Pakistan and Kazakhstan, following a successful constitutional referendum in Kazakhstan. In a statement, Zardari conveyed congratulations to his Kazakh counterpart, President Qasym-Jomart Tokayev, and the people of Kazakhstan.
According to Radio Pakistan, Zardari highlighted the strong public participation and support for the referendum as an indication of Kazakhstan citizens’ confidence in their country’s progress. He reiterated Pakistan’s dedication to strengthening bilateral ties and exploring collaboration in areas benefiting both nations.
Zardari further stressed the importance of Pakistan’s ties with Kazakhstan, emphasizing mutual respect and shared goals for peace and development as foundations of their relationship.
