According to Radio Pakistan, President Zardari was welcomed by Wang Jiang, the Communist Party Secretary of Hainan Province. During his stay in Sanya, the president is set to engage in discussions aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries, particularly focusing on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a key component of their bilateral economic engagement. Additionally, President Zardari is scheduled to attend the commissioning ceremony of the submarine Hangor, further highlighting the defense collaboration between Pakistan and China.
