President of Pakistan Honors Military Personnel with Awards in Rawalpindi


Rawalpindi, The President of Pakistan has awarded military honors to numerous officers and soldiers of the Pakistan Army, Navy, and Air Force in a significant gesture of recognition for their service and sacrifices. The awards include 1 Sitara-i-Basalat, 135 Tamgha-i-Basalat, 45 Imtiazi Asnad, 148 COAS Commendation Cards, 23 Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), 109 Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), and 137 Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military). These accolades were presented to acknowledge the bravery, dedication, and exceptional service of the armed forces personnel.



According to Inter Services Public Relations, the recipients of these prestigious awards come from various ranks and specialties, highlighting the diverse and invaluable contributions of the servicemen and women to the nation’s security and well-being. Sepoy Israr Muhammad of the SSG was distinguished with the Sitara-i-Basalat, while others, including Brig Mustafa Kamal (Shaheed) of the CMI and numerous soldiers and officers, were honored with the Tamgha-i-Basalat for their bravery and sacrifices.



In addition to individual commendations, groups of officers and soldiers were awarded the Imtiazi Sanad, COAS Commendation Cards, Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military), and Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military) for their distinguished service across various capacities and operations.
